Josef and Chris Hensgens are looking mostly for female employees for diverse work. We only employ housewives, students, pensioners and students.
Picking strawberries or blueberries, stinging asparagus and various caring tasks are among the employees’ jobs. The work is seasonal.

You get to know a lot of new people because the work is almost always in a larger group. The work is physically exhausting. Therefore we are looking for employees who do not have any problems with physically exhausting work.
Working hours / salary
We work 6 days a week: In the morning from 5:30 to 12 o’clock. Because of the heat there is a longer break during the midday. In the afternoon there are another 2-3 hours of work. Your salary is paid once a month and it is possible for you to get an advance once a week. You earn 12,00 € per hour. Good performance can increase your salary.

Accommodation
There is an accommodation available for the time working with us. The cost is 77,00 € per week and it consists of a room with 2 or 4 bed occupancy. Toilet, shower and kitchen are available for common use. Your accommodation is located directly at our company, so there is no need to drive.
Common areas, bathroom hallways and outdoor areas are cleaned daily. Order, cleanliness and social cohesion characterize our company and accommodations.
You will be transported to shop (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Deichmann etc.) twice a week free of charge.

How old should I be?
You should be 18 years old. From experience, the work on the field is difficult for people over 50 due to physical effort.
Do I need experience for this job?
Experience is not necessary. Through training, you will quickly become familiar with the work. We value motivation and willingness to learn.
Do I have to speak German or English?
No, we have enough staff who speaks your language.
When does my work start?
You give us your timeframe of your availability to work. A few days before the start, you will be notified when you could start working.
How do I get started?
We offer our own bus service from Romania. The organization of the transport to the company is up to you.
Do I need a bank account?
You decide if you want to have your salary transferred to an account or if you prefer to receive it in cash.
Who cooks my food?
Each is self-responsible for preparing own meals. Cooking facilities are available and our shuttle can take you to the supermarket. You should bring your own pots, plates and cutlery.
Is there a place for social activities?
All accommodations are equipped with WiFi. Our common room offers enough space to meet. The common room is equipped with a dartboard and TV in your language. There are also table football, soccer field, ping-pong table and barbecue area next to the accommodation. A large lawn offers enough opportunities for other activities. 5 km away there is an outdoor swimming pool.
